Union member Braxton Winston II elected to Charlotte City Council; Union-backed mayors win in Asheville, Charlotte, Durham, Fayetteville, Greensboro, and Raleigh
(Raleigh, N.C. - November 8, 2017) We are thrilled to congratulate union stagehand and proud member of I.A.T.S.E. Local 322, Braxton Winston II, on his election to the Charlotte City Council! Unions of working people whose members donated, volunteered, and voted for Councilman-elect Winston are ready and eager to help make his vision of a more equitable, accessible, and interconnected Charlotte a reality.
