Learn a facet of Winston-Salem history few today know about

On April 28 at 5:00 pm there will be a panel discussion about Local 22, the marvelous, democratic union of thousands of workers at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. in the 1940's.

Our own Richard Koritz of the Jobs With Justice T.V. show "You Gotta Laugh to Keep from Cryin" and Dr. Robert Korstad of Duke University - Sanford School of Public Policy and the author of "Civil Rights Unionism" are the panelists.

The New Winston Museum (713 S. Marshall Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101) is hosting the program. Anyone who believes Black Lives and Working People's Lives matter should attend what promises to be an inspiring evening!
