The North Carolina A. Philip Randolph Institute will hold its 35th Annual Banquet on April 18, 2009 at 7:00 pm at the Hilton North in Raleigh, NC. NC AFL-CIO Secretary-Treasurer MaryBe McMillan will give the keynote address.
