March 8 is International Women's Day
Take Rosie the Riveter to work or out on the town, and help celebrate women in the workforce during Women's History Month.
Print out your Rosie (http://bit.ly/1kVzIIz) and take a picture with her at your job site, outside a school or government building, or at your favorite park, restaurant, or church. Then tweet or post your photo on Facebook using #Rosieatwork and #WomensHistoryMonth or email it to us at [email protected].
"Rosie the Riveter is an iconic image that celebrates the contributions that women make to our workforce, labor movement, and to our nation as a whole," said the New York City Central Labor Council, which came up with the idea.
