NC State AFL-CIO 61st Annual Convention, Sept. 20-21st

Pursuant to the authority vested by the Constitution of the NC State AFL-CIO, the Executive Board hereby notifies you that our 61st Annual Convention will be held at the Hilton North Raleigh/Midtown in Raleigh, NC on Thursday and Friday, September 20-21, 2018. Registration will begin at 7:00pm on Wed. (9/19) and continue at 8:00am on Thurs. (9/20). The Annual Convention will convene at 9:00am on Thurs., (9/20).

Registration Fees / How to Register

Guests can register at bit.ly/2018ncaflguest. Exhibitors can register for a table at bit.ly/2018ncaflex.

Delegates and alternates have to register the old fashioned way — with completed paper credential forms signed by your local president. Packets containing credential forms have been mailed to every affiliate. If your local union or union council has yet to receive your convention credential forms by July 1st, please check with the person or office that receives our monthly statements or call Jeremy at 919-833-6678.

  • Registration fees should accompany each credential when mailed to the NC State AFL-CIO, along with a list of any retirees and guests also to attend.
  • Delegates/alternates who pay by August 17th will be charged the “Early Bird Rate.”
  • Delegates/alternates who pay after August 17th but by September 14th will be charged the “Standard Rate.”
  • Delegates/alternates who pay after September 14th will be charged the “Late Rate” – don’t delay!

Notes: The fee schedule for delegates and alternates is now the same. Guests, retired guests, and exhibitors pay the Standard Rate. Delegates and alternates who register after September 14th will pay the Late Rate. 

RESOLUTIONS must be submitted at least 15 days in advance – so by Tues., Sept. 3rd – but sooner is better!
