Marching for the 99 percent from New York City to Atlanta

Come out Saturday afternoon for a rally in Mordecai Historic Park in Raleigh and show your solidarity support for the Walking Occupation Marchers, who are on a journey from Wall Street to Atlanta.

What: Occupation rally and march to mark the 3-month anniversary of Occupy Wall Street
When: Saturday, December 17, 2011 - rally at 3:30pm and march at 4:30pm
Where: Begin at Mordecai Historic Park, 1 Mimosa Street, Raleigh, NC

Join us and welcome the Walking Occupation Marchers entering the Capital City of North Carolina. The marchers have walked close to 500 miles, from Occupy Wall Street in New York to Washington, DC, and they are continuing to march another 500 miles to Atlanta, Georgia.

Help us mark this momentous day, three months after the occupation began in Zuccotti Park on Wall Street in New York.

The Walkers will be coming into the city from the Northeast on Atlantic Avenue. Mordecai Historic Park will be the rally's staging point. From there, we will march past the State Capitol and continue to Occupy Raleigh's encampment at Edenton & Hillsborough Streets.

Please forward this to everyone interested and let's pull together and show the world we stand together as the 99% on December 17th.
