Support justice for tobacco farmworkers

Come out and join hundreds of FLOC members and supporters as we demand justice for tobacco farmworkers in downtown Winston-Salem on the morning of May 6th (more information to follow). For over 3 years, Reynolds executives have refused to even meet with farmworkers time and time again.

BUT the law requires that they hold a shareholder meeting, so this is our chance to make them hear our voice. FLOC Supporters from labor, faith, civil rights, campus, and the broader community will be inside and outside of the meeting calling on the tobacco giant to end human rights abuses in their supply chain. In these times of attacks on working people from Wisconsin to North Carolina, it is even more important that we stand in solidarity. Join us!

Please save the date and sign up to receive more details as they become available, let us know if you can volunteer, or invite a FLOC representative to speak to your organization. Contact us at [email protected], 919-731-4433 for more information. Can't make it? Help us reach our fundraising goal to make the event a success. All donations from individuals under $100 will be matched by the Fund for Democratic Communities!  Support FLOC's Reynolds campaign by making a donation here.

FLOC operates on a shoestring budget. Your local union, state council, church, or community group - or you as an individual - can come through in a big way by making a donation to their Reynolds campaign. Click here to donate to FLOC.
