Trump refuses to negotiate with his Las Vegas hotel workers who won a union election

The law says Mr. Trump must negotiate with his employees at the Trump Las Vegas International Hotel, who won a union election in March, but Donald Trump respects the law as much as he respects women - not at all.

So that Mr. Trump honors his duty to bargain, UNITE HERE has called for a boycott of his many businesses - including Trump National Golf Club Charlotte. UNITE HERE Local 23, which represents workers at Charlotte Douglass International Airport, is calling for a solidarity picket of Donald Trump's swanky golf resort on Lake Norman.

What: Boycott Trump solidarity action

When: Wednesday, October 19, 2016

Times: Meet at 9 AM, depart to Trump National at 9:30, action 10:30-11:45 AM

Where: Rally at/Depart from UNITE HERE Local 23 office, Regus Building, 6047 Tyvola Glen Cir, Charlotte, NC 28217

Contact: Jaime Flores, 404-405-5651

On March 21, 2106, Local Joint Executive Board of Las Vegas was certified as the collective bargaining agent for employees of Trump Las Vegas International Hotel, co-owned by Donald J. Trump. The National Labor Relations Board affirmed that certification on July 28, 2016.

BUT Trump Las Vegas has refused to recognize and bargain with the union despite its duty under federal law to do so. We urge you to not patronize Trump-related businesses or Trump business partners until Trump Las Vegas complies with its obligations under federal law.
