Stephanie McDonald

Stephanie McDonald is the Local Organizer in the Greensboro area, covering the Piedmont Triad and Western North Carolina Central Labor Councils. Before working for the NC AFL-CIO she was organizer for Climate Action NC, working on environmental justice issues like clean air and water, sustainable energy, and food security. Prior to that, she was the Triad organizer for Working America where she advocated for a better transportation system in Greensboro, Medicaid expansion and raising wages for workers. She is a proud member of the Washington-Baltimore News Guild, TNG-CWA 32035.
