Philip Randolph Institute will host its 43rd Annual Banquet and Birthday Celebration on Saturday, April 15, 2017 in Raleigh, which will include a theatrical presentation in honor of Mr. Randolph with cast members from various local chapters. Wake County Commissioner Jessica Holmes will be the keynote speaker.
