TV and digital ads increase pressure on Rep. Price to oppose fast track

The Coalition to Stop Fast Track began airing television ads in the Raleigh/Durham media market, encouraging voters to urge Congressman David Price to oppose Trade Promotion Authority, nicknamed "fast track", which Congress is expected to vote on within the next two weeks. The ad, entitled “Bad Deal”, is part of a seven-figure campaign running across the country and in the Washington, D.C. market.

Tell Rep. Price: we say no on Fast Track!

"Fast track legislation guarantees a bad trade deal. Fast track makes it easier to ship our jobs overseas, lower our wages, and undercut our environmental and food safety standards," said Jason Stanford, spokesman for the Coalition to Stop Fast Track. "Congress shouldn't fast track a train wreck."

The TV ad, which is being paid for by the Coalition, can be viewed here.

The digital ads, which have been running since last week and are paid for by the AFL-CIO, can be viewed here.

Call Congressman David Price at 1-855-712-8441 to demand he declare himself against "fast track", today!
