Join us to say, “Happy Birthday, F.M.L.A.!”
The Family Medical Leave Act, the first and only legislation written specifically to help workers meet both family and work obligations, turns 20 this year! In the last 20 years, it’s been used more than a 100 million times by working men and women who needed time away from work to take care of a family health crisis or welcome a new baby.
Join us for a kid-friendly party with speakers, crafts, and birthday cake as we celebrate how far we’ve come and build momentum to close the gaps that remain so we can all be good family members and good employees!
